Post topic: mindfulness, meditation, spirituality, Buddhism.
Post format: how-to articles (e.g. “How to Do X”), list articles (e.g. “5 Ways to X”), articles that answer a question (e.g. “Why Do You X?”).
Post length: you can also submit a short-form article.
Editing: you don’t need to provide images, spellcheck, or proofread. We will do it for you!
How to sign your work: please use your full name or a nickname.
A Note for Bloggers
If you’re a blogger, you can repost an article from your blog if it matches the topics mentioned above.
When posting your already published article, we will include canonical URL pointing to the original blog post so you can retain all the SEO benefits while increasing your reach by publishing your article on our blog!
To prove that you’re an actual owner of the content, we ask you to repost one of our articles on one of your main social channels linked from your website (Facebook, Twitter, Bluesky, or Threads), provide this social link in your submission, and send an email from your blog’s main contact email to [email protected], mentioning the permission to repost your article (title and URL).
