My meditation practice, which I started in 2014, changed the way I live my life.
It revealed a spiritual dimension that that was obscured by my atheism. This, in turn, helped me overcome burnout that made me feel like everything I did or achieved lacked meaning.
Since then, I’ve been documenting my journey on this blog, sharing what I learn about mindfulness and Buddhism. Little by little, my daily meditation practice taught me to observe my thoughts from a distance. They’ve lost their power to draw me in completely.
