It will start at 9 a.m. PST and will last for 30-45 minutes. During our time together, we’ll discuss the best ways to maintain concentration during meditation. Think of it as an opportunity to meet new people and share your experiences.
All our meetings are casual and unstructured to facilitate free flow of ideas: by listening to your peers, you have a unique opportunity to hear what’s working and not working for someone else and gain insight on how to improve your own practice.
