It will start at 9 a.m. PST and will last for 30-45 minutes. During our time together, we’ll discuss how to make meditation a habit. Think of it as an opportunity to meet new people and share your experiences.
All our meetings are casual and unstructured to facilitate free flow of ideas: by listening to your peers, you have a unique opportunity to hear what’s working and not working for someone else and gain insight on how to improve your own practice.
