Hey everyone, I’ve been wanting to do a meditation habit challenge for a very long time now. But up until now it has stayed an idea in my head.

Most of you probably have a packed schedule. And most of you probably tried to meditate on a regular basis at some point or another.

So you know how hard it is to squeeze in those extra 10 minutes in the morning to just sit and observe your breath.

This challenge doesn’t ask you to do that right off the bat. Instead, it starts with very basic introspection prompts that gradually build your mindfulness muscle until you’re ready for more prolonged meditation session.

The first prompt will hit your inbox the next day after signup. This is optional, of course. You will receive it ONLY if you sign up by entering your first name and email below.
